Most of what a bird uses during its production is air.
Quality of air has the greatest impact on the health and uniformity of production.
Temperature, humidity, air velocity, gases, etc. make the air quality factors in the house. Optimum performance zone is very important to have uniform product. As long as we stay in this zone will result more uniformity otherwise less uniformity and more costs. This zone is a very narrow area in broiler houses, so ventilation for broiler is sensitive.
Given to the fact that the period of broiler production is short, they grow fast and the ventilation is different day by day; uniformity in broiler houses is really important so we try to stay at the condition to enter air through inlets and cool down with HPC system during the period.
In broiler ventilation farms we use Combi tunnel method with components inlet, fan, winch motor and heating system during the winter and components inlet, shutter, winch motor, HPC and pads during the summer.
These components are designed according to the type of bird, the capacity, the location of the farm, etc., and are controlled by a powerful control system and sensors. Emergency opening systems and alarm make any risk zero.
