    Inappropriate ventilation causes producers to choose small house, however bigger houses have economical outputs.

    Side mode guarantee the uniformity of egg production entire the house and each cell cage in cold and hot season. This uniformity with the lowest fuel consumption as well as labor costs.

    In layer houses ventilation are used side mode and tunnel mode method with inlets, fans, winch motor, shutter and pads.

    These components are designed according to the type of bird, the capacity, the location of the farm, type of cage, tiers and rows, etc., and are controlled by a powerful control system and sensors. Emergency opening systems and alarm make any risk zero.

    Cage system for layers

    1.A type cage:

    This type of cage is recommended for smaller size houses that will cost less. These cages do not have automatic fertilizer collector and can range from 2 floors to 4 floors.

    2.A type cage:

    This type of cage can be provided up to 12 floors, depending on the height of the house and the number of floors used cat walk. This type of cage will produce cleaner eggs with less cracks and also minimize chicken mortality.
